Grace Ciminera — Trauma-Informed Therapy for Adolescents & Young Adults
Hi, I’m Grace — a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and an EMDR-trained therapist passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate life’s challenges with support, compassion, and understanding.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family conflict, and emotional overwhelm. My work focuses heavily on supporting adolescents and young adults who have experienced complex trauma or are facing challenges related to identity, self-esteem, school, relationships, and mental health.
My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and psychodynamic. I believe that the connection between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of the healing process. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I tailor sessions to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals while meeting you where you are.
My mission is to help individuals heal from painful experiences, better understand themselves, and build healthier, more compassionate relationships with both themselves and others. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to grow.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d love to connect and see if I may be a good fit for your journey.
