Insurance & Payment
Ciminera Physcotherapy, LLC is currently an out-of-network provider and does not participate directly with insurance plans. However, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of therapy session costs. If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, paperwork can be provided to assist with reimbursement submissions to your insurance provider.
Session rates are $150 per session. A sliding scale is also available for clients experiencing financial hardship, with fees adjusted based on individual circumstances and discussed during the consultation process. Payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo, Credit Cards and FSA/HSA cards.
