Who do you work with?
I primarily work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, and major life transitions. I also specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced complex trauma and are looking to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
What is your approach to therapy?
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and psychodynamic. I am EMDR trained and believe the connection between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of successful therapy. I work collaboratively with clients, meeting you where you are while creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.
What is EMDR therapy?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. EMDR can help reduce emotional distress, improve coping skills, and support long-term healing from trauma.
