Insurance & Payment
Ciminera Physcotherapy, LLC is currently an out-of-network provider and does not participate directly with insurance plans. However, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of therapy session costs. If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, paperwork can be provided to assist with reimbursement submissions to your insurance provider.
Session rates are $185 for the initial intake session and $165 for ongoing therapy sessions. A sliding scale is also available for clients experiencing financial hardship, with fees adjusted based on individual circumstances and discussed during the consultation process.
