First, I want to acknowledge how brave you are to ask for and seek help! I understand that no two individuals are the same and tailor our time in therapy to your specific needs. I specifically work with folks who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitioning, family conflict, and a multitude of other issues. I believe therapy is a collaborative process between therapist and client. I also believe that your past experiences shape your present. I am relational, non-pathologizing, psychodynamic and attachment-based in my approach to therapy. My practice specializes in working with young adults and adolescents struggling with mental health.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is counseling also known as psychotherapy. Individual therapy is the process in which we meet together with a goal of helping you overcome problems and make desired changes in your life. Therapy is a safe space to share and discuss what is on your mind and the struggles you are going through in life, relationships, and with yourself. Therapy is a space to learn and grow in order to increase your overall well-being.
