Hi, I’m Grace! (She/Her/Hers)
I started Ciminera Psychotherapy, LLC because I’m passionate about creating a safe space for clients to feel empowered and thrive through a non-judgemental and non-pathologizing lens. I am a clinical licensed social worker in Pennsylvania. I was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. I received my bachelor of arts in Sociology and Psychology from Hood College in 2016. I also received my masters of social work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. I have worked with children as a clinician in school settings in Chester, County. I have worked with adults, geriatric populations, adolescent and young adults struggling with mental health and psychiatric issues in multiple inpatient settings located in Philadelphia. I specialize in working with young adult and adolescent populations struggling with life transitions, relationship/family conflict, and mental health. I am dedicated to helping you heal and grow. I am committed to you and helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I have a relational approach to therapy, and come from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, psychodynamic lens. My mission is to help folks heal from their experiences, grow and foster a healthier, more loving relationship with themselves and others.
